Very beautiful scenery here. Easy access to the water and plenty of picnic sights. They have a bunch of swimming areas and plenty of restrooms. I just wish the water was a little higher. That is not there fault, but the swim areas were not adjusted for the low water.
This swimming spot was OK. The main beaches were full so the only places that my family could get was really rocky and tough on the children's feet. The park has bathrooms and picnic tables with grills.
Good access point to Bartram trail. Good parking and public bathrooms.
We visited this wonderful picnic/swimming/boating area ... couldn't believe how warm the water was ... We did not hike, on this visit, but there are hiking trails. Well worth the $4.00 per car entrance fee. Not to self: next time take sunscreen for Jos!! He glowed for couple days ;-)
